一、服务内容
本站提供以中国传统姓名文化为题材的数字内容服务，包括姓名测算、起名建议、多名对比、测缘分与六爻问事等。报告中的笔画、五格、五行等数据由程序按康熙字典与传统规则计算，解读文字由人工智能生成。
二、文化与娱乐用途
本站全部内容仅供传统文化研究与娱乐参考。它不构成对任何人的命运、健康、财富、感情、事业或其他事项的预测、承诺或建议，也不能替代医疗、法律、财务、心理等专业意见。请勿依据本站内容做出重大决定。
三、AI 生成内容
解读文字由 AI 模型生成，可能存在错误、遗漏或与各流派说法不一致之处。本站不对其准确性、完整性或适用性作任何保证。
四、使用资格
你须年满 18 周岁，或在监护人同意与陪同下使用。为他人（例如新生儿）输入信息时，你应确保有权提供这些信息。
五、免费额度与付费
各功能每日有免费额度，按访问网络环境计数。免费额度用完后可按次付费：每次付费只对应一份报告或一次解读，无会员、无订阅、无自动扣款。价格在付款前明确标示；付费后的规则见《退款政策》。
六、支付处理
大陆地区通过支付宝付款。国际信用卡付款由我们的国际支付服务商（记录商户，Merchant of Record）处理：你的付款合同相对方是该服务商，其条款同时适用，账单上的商户名称可能显示为该服务商的名称。本站不接触、不存储你的银行卡信息。
七、无账号与报告找回
本站不设账号体系。付费报告凭订单号在测算记录页找回，请妥善保存订单号；本站无法凭姓名、生辰或其他信息为你查找订单。
八、禁止行为
- 以脚本或其他自动化手段批量请求、绕过免费额度限制；
- 攻击、干扰或试图未经授权访问本站系统；
- 将本站内容用于骚扰、诽谤他人或其他违法用途；
- 冒充本站，或宣称本站内容具有预测效力进行传播。
九、知识产权
本站的程序、页面设计、字库整理、评分规则与文案归本站所有。你对自己输入的信息保留权利，并可将为你生成的报告用于个人非商业用途。
十、服务变更与中止
本站可能随时调整功能、价格，或中止部分乃至全部服务。已付费但尚未交付的订单按《退款政策》处理。
十一、责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本站不对因使用或无法使用本站内容而产生的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。无论如何，本站就任一订单对你承担的全部责任，以你为该订单实际支付的金额为限。
十二、条款更新与适用法律
本条款更新后在本页公布并标注日期，你继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。本条款的解释与争议解决适用本站经营者所在地法律。

1. The service
The Site offers digital content about traditional Chinese naming culture: name analysis reports, naming suggestions, side-by-side name comparison, a name-compatibility reading and an I Ching-style Q&A. Stroke counts, "Five Grids" numerology and Five Elements data are calculated by software from the Kangxi Dictionary and classical rules; the commentary is written by AI.
2. Cultural and entertainment purposes only
All content on the Site is provided for cultural interest and entertainment. It is not a prediction, promise or advice about anyone's future, health, finances, relationships, career or any other matter, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Site's content to make important decisions.
3. AI-generated content
Commentary is generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions or views that differ between schools of thought. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. When you enter details about another person (for example a newborn), you confirm that you are entitled to provide them.
5. Free quota and paid reports
Each feature has a daily free quota, counted per network environment. Once it is used up you may pay per report: every payment covers exactly one report or reading. There are no memberships, subscriptions or automatic charges. Prices are shown clearly before payment. See the Refund Policy for what happens after payment.
6. Payment processing
Customers in mainland China pay through Alipay. International card payments are processed by our international payment provider as Merchant of Record: your payment contract is with that provider, whose terms also apply, and its name may appear as the merchant on your card statement. The Site never sees or stores your card details.
7. No accounts; retrieving reports
The Site has no user accounts. Paid reports are retrieved with the order number on the History page. Keep your order number safe: we cannot look up an order from a name, birth date or other details.
8. Prohibited conduct
- using scripts or other automation to send bulk requests or evade the free quota;
- attacking, disrupting or attempting unauthorised access to the Site;
- using the Site's content to harass or defame others, or for any unlawful purpose;
- impersonating the Site, or presenting its content as having predictive power.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's software, page design, character database, scoring rules and copy belong to the Site. You keep the rights to the information you enter and may use the reports generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Changes and discontinuation
We may change features or prices, or discontinue part or all of the service, at any time. Paid orders that have not been delivered are handled under the Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, its content. In any event, our total liability to you for an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
12. Updates and governing law
Updated Terms are published on this page with a new date; continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Site's operator resides.
